    Normally contact registered through online, audit log who field shows member. if contact is created in the console, who will be console user name description is "From Contact Editor. "

    But in some cases Audit log shows name as having created instead of the member,description is "From Create Login"(Refer attachment) 

    How this contact is created?

    I checked the expression in the 'Who' section and everything is retrieving a message base lable (msg_lookup) except for this one.
    if(transactions.acct_id = 1, if(transactions.source_lvl1 = 32010, msg_lookup(7593), msg_lookup(9805)), transactions.acct_id)

    The Data Dictionary says that this should only be staff account

    The ID number of the staff member who performed the transaction.

    So it might be a bug in OSVC. I think you should create a service request for this because this might not be intended.

      This is created by the user on the end-user account creation page (same time stamp)

      Yes It shows member in the Who field but in some cases it shows user name like above

      I do not recognize 'Member'. Is it possible you have an aditional page on your CP where an account can be created? (different source)

      Contact is created from create_account page in all the cases.

      I have created contact in another site, it show 'Customer'  in the Who column. Refer below image. I don't know how customer getting her name in the who column.
