    Title:
    Customize "Getting Started" page
    Summary:
Can we customize "Getting Started" page with our own content
    Content:

    Hi All,

I want to add / replace my own tutorial videos in Getting Started page. What are the possibilities? If not here, then what is the best practice to provide video tutorials to employees about Fusion application.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Adil

      Hi Muhammad,

Thank you for being a valued member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.

The getting started region on the forums is related to the use of this portal for Forums and Idea Labs. It is not made to share product specific information or videos.
If you want to share videos about the Fusion Applications, you can share the same in the solution specific forum posts which will get the right audience to view these videos.

The forum moderators can also chose to make your post sticky so that it remains visible at the top for some time.

      Thanks
      Hemal

      Access

Open the Getting Started work area, and, if you have multiple sets of pages, select the set to modify. You then see the Edit Getting Started link if you have the appropriate roles.

      Key Tasks

      You can:

      • Create and edit pages using a rich text or HTML source code editor

      • Reorder the pages

      • Activate or inactivate any page

Tip: To hide the link to a set of Getting Started pages, inactivate all pages within that set. Users with access to edit Getting Started pages can still see the link, but everyone else can't.

If you inactivate all sets except one, then users land on the first page of the active set when they open the Getting Started work area.

      • Delete added pages (not predefined ones)

        Hi Christine,

Thanks for detailed information. Although I took different route now but I will definitely check it. I think this will be very useful.

        Regards.
