    Hi Sabarish,

There is a way through which you can create the user as BPM sysadmin and then he/she can access all notification and can reassign them.

Oracle has provided a privilege "BPM Workflow System Admin Role" or "BPM Workflow Procurement Administrator" , you have to create a custom role and assign one of these roles to it and assign that particular custom role to respective user.

Through this one buyer can access notification of other buyers.

    Thanks

      Hi,

Refer the note: How Can an Administrator Set Vacation Rules for Other Users (Doc ID 2084710.1)
An Administrator can setup reassignment/delegation rules for other users by following these steps:
        1. Login to Fusion Application as administrator
        2. Navigate to Worklist Application (BPM):
Application Home -> Bell Icon Notifications->More details
        3. Go to your Username > Preferences > Other Rules
        4. Search for the user currently on vacation
        5. Create a rule for this user.
        6. Make sure not to check "Use as vacation rule"
        7. Select the period during which the rule should be active
        8. Save rule
