    Need option to include Bidder Agreement while floating/conducting negotiation and it should act as access gate to participate in the event, System should allow suppliers to view/participate in the event only it they accepts bidder agreement.

    Ex -

    The bidder agreement contains standard TnC's set by XXcompany that we are sharing with supplier and once they agreed then only we  are allowing them to participate in RFX/eAuction

      This feature is planned for an upcoming release. What information do you share with the supplier before they accept the TnCs? Do they see the negotiation #, close date synopsis (what it is about) etc.? Or they see nothing until they sign the TnCs or Bidder agreement?
