    Once item is received in staging area and receipt ,Inspection is Done how to keep that material on hold till the detailed or some supplier related checks completed are such that it is can not be used in any Sales Order.

    You could use Material Statuses to stop allocating that material to sales orders till you complete the additional checks needed after inspection.

    Material statuses can be assigned at subinventory level, locator, lot or serial level. You could specify which transactions are allowed for each material status. Hope this helps.
