    Client Feedback on ways Oracle can imporve the consistency for meetings

    As an end user there have been a couple issues that have bitten me regarding meetings/webex.

    1) Oracle should always put a meeting date/time with time zone on the meeting invites.  Some meeting have the "Ad to Calendar Link" some don't. Oracle can avoid confusion by always stating the time zone of the meeting in the invite.

    2) Ad to calendar link does not give schedule the meeting correctly.  I don't know if it's always wrong, but I know I have missed meetings because the time was incorrect when it added it to my outlook calendar.  If this is not something Oracle can control then I suggest removing the add to calendar link.

    3) If you cancel a meeting that does not require a registration. Don't just cancel the meeting and delete the URL from customer connect. Oracle should update the prior URL /page and say the meeting is cancelled or provide the new date time. Today , 11/16, I blocked of time for a meeting from 10 - 11 PM CST, 11-12 PM EST and the meeting was cancelled. Very unprofessional to not notify your population of the cancellation. Oracle is telling me they don't value my time.
