    Is there a way to list the assisting activities for a team? I tried via API but i could not get them neither i can get team resources. Have anyone done this and what possible solution can be on this?

      Hi Adam,

      The team functionality from this point of view is represented with an "assist" activity on the assisting technician's time line.
      You can ask a specific resource daily route with a
      https://api.etadirect.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/resources/{resource}/routes/{date}
      call.

        Hi Zsolt

        I am sorry i could not made my question clear. Let's suppose you have a job J1 and you have assigned a technician T1 and one assisting technician Ta1 and a vehicle Va1. Now in the API you want to get T1, Ta1 and Ta2 while you have J1 activity id and T1 resource id. Please, advise if this is something i can do?

          If the case is the following: T1 has the main activity, Ta1 has assist activity and Va1 has assist activity also, and all activities linked together, then if you ask the "main activity" with the following format:
          https://api.etadirect.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/activities/{AID}/linkedActivities
          then you will get all linked activities (AID) in the response. Of course you need to shoot more consecutive calls to get the full picture.
