    Title:
One time payments: Can you report on the payee/payment information used for one time payments?
    Summary:
Can we create custom reporting on the payee/payment ifnormaiton that is used for one time payments?
    Content:

It is my understanding that we are unable to use the 1099 functionality within Oracle if we are using the one time payment function introduced in R13.  However, can we do separate reporting on this information?  As a company we combine payment information from multiple systems into a centralized 1099 process and I was hoping that this information could follow the same process.

      Hey Lisa!
Just to clarify, you are asking if data within Oracle Cloud related to a supplier for one-time payments can be transferred into a custom report?
If that is the case, I am 99% sure it can occur because even if it is a one-time payment, a payment gets store in the DB tables and can be queried as long as you know the correct table names, payment information and vendor information.
If you can please confirm that this is what you are looking for, I can start looking into the tables and support the development of the query to BI Publisher.
      Let me know, thanks!
      Regards,
      Felix

      HI Lisa,

One  time payment information should be stored for 1099 processing.   Is that what you are asking?

I am looking to use the information for 1099 processing.  In the documentation that I could find, it states that 1099 processing is not available for one time payments.  However, we don't plan on using the Oracle 1099 processing, but we do need the data for our own processing.  Thanks!

Could you provide the link for that?  I can't imagine why one-time payments would not be subject to 1099 processing.

      Hi Lisa,

We are looking into using one-time payments as well and I have not been able to get a one time payment to appear on any of the seeded 1099 reports. I've been playing around with it in the TEST environment. The problem seems to be on the FBDI upload template there is no column for income tax or income tax type to be able to flag this party. Also, it seems the seeded 1099 reports are based on Suppliers only and not Parties.

If anyone has found a way to get a party to show up on a 1099 report please let me know as this is a sticking point with using this function.

      Thank you,

      Brian
