    Title:
    Invoice Types
    Summary:
Invoice types available in Cloud Financials
    Content:

My client is using Cloud Financials and native invoice scanning\OCR. In EBS, they were used to processing a single invoice with both credit and debit lines ('mixed'), and that does not seem to be allowed now. Has anyone developed a work-around for mixed type invoices flowing through invoice scanning?

    Hi John,

The Invoice Type of Standard will accommodate Invoices which net to a Positive Amount with 2 or more lines having Positive and/or Negative Amounts

So you can have an Invoice which nets $150 and with 2 Lines: Line 1 = $200 and Line 2 = -50 for the credit amount

Scanning should be able to process such invoices. If not then an Service Request to MyOracleSupport should help

      Hi John,

Did you manage to find a way to enter mixed invoices.

      We have a similar requirement.

We dont know whether the invoice total amount will be positive or negative.

      Thank you
