    Title:
    User Adoption Dashboard
    Summary:
System Administrator needs to know how the users in his organization are adopting the Sales Cloud system: who all is using the system and how frequently.
    Content:

Important - This dashboard would work if you are on Rel 18C or above.

    Business Use Case:

System Administrator needs to know how the users in his organization are adopting the Sales Cloud system: who all is using the system and how frequently.

    This dashboard shows –

    1. User Login Report by Channel (Web/Mobile/Mail): What channel the users are using to login to the system?
    2. Top 10 User by Job Title: What job roles are the most active in the system?
    3. Top 5 and Bottom 5 users by # of Active Days
    4. Users lot logged in:  Who are the users who have not used the system for the selected time period?
    5. User Login details: Shows all the users in the system, their last login date and days since last login

    How to deploy:

    1. Un-archive “User Adoption Dashboard.catalog” file which has all the individual report, dashboard prompt and the dashboard.
    2. Ensure that you un-archive it under /shared/custom folder to retain the references that the dashboard has to those individual files (else you may correct those again in the dashboard)
    3. User Adoption Dashboard comprises 6 reports and a dashboard prompt :
      1. User Login Report by Channel
      2. Top 10 User Login by Job Title
      3. Top 5 Users by # of Active Days
      4. Bottom 5 Users by # of Active Days
      5. Users not logged in details
      6. User Login Details
      7. Dashboard prompt: User activity period prompt

    Implementation notes:

    1. To ensure that the User adoption data is being logged, please ensure that the profile option stated in the link below is Enabled and the user running the report has the appropriate role

    https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/18b/facaa/setup-and-configuration.html#FACAA2678566

    1. Time filter in the dashboard prompt is defaulted to the current month. Please use the filters as necessary
    2. ‘# of Active Days’ fact provides the information on whether the user was active on a particular day i.e. whether the user logged in the system. Even if there are multiple log ins in a given day, # of Active days would be 1
    3. If you plan to edit the report, or create new ones using the subject area, ensure to add filter ‘# of Active Days’ > 0 for all your reporting needs to get the active days data
