    Immediate Assignment

    Hi Experts,

    I want to assign activities immediately. For example, an activity is created for 1-Aug-2018 then it should be assigned immediately and automatically to the tech. All the future activities should be assigned to the technicians. In short, whenever the activity is created in the bucket it should be assigned to the tech automatically. I have tried immediate routing but I did not get the required outcome.

      Hi, I am assuming you are using activity type as activity priority in the immediate routing. I had faced a similar issue where Oracle had confirmed the documentation was incorrect & had to replace with a custom field.

      Thanks for your reply. I did not get you. I just wanted to assign the activities immediately and automatically. For example, if I create an activity on 1 Aug 2018 in the bucket then it should assign immediately & automatically to the tech. I would be grateful to you if you could assist me.

      Thanks Shankar. I already have gone through this document. Urgent activity is assigning only today's activity. If I'm creating an activity for 3 July 2018 in the bucket, it stays in the bucket and does not move to the tech.
