Hello everyone,
A customer would like to highlight the activities that are related in the GANTT or LIST view.
I was thinking about creating a filter that could filter out only the related activities, i'm not able to find the property that indicates that an activity is related to another one.
Do such property exist at all? Is there any way to highlight the link between two activities?
Thanks and best regards,
Timoteo
Hi Timoteo,
According to my understanding we do not have any filter in OFSC which could be filter out the Linked activity.
But there could be a workaround to this problem, you could create a read-only property "Linked" during the activity creation if you are linking the activities and add the following property in the List View column of Screen Config . The added field would be visible at the List View distinguishing the activities from one-another .

Hi Timoteo,
+1 to Prashant's comment.
Over that, you can put a meaningful information in that field, for example the referred activity's ID. Only one issue can be foreseen: when the link is made onscreen in OFSC then that field will not have the necessary information.

I’ve raised a request in idea labs https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/39cb0a2e5b which is a requirement to have a visual display in gantt view. I believe this is a similar request, that idea above could be extended further to include a field in list view which is data which can be passed through integration if it already exists in your master data system. Please view and like it if you see benefit to your requirement.
