    Content:

    Hello,

I would like to approve Miscellaneous Transactions (Miscellaneous Receipt, Miscellaneous Issue, Accounts Receipt, Accounts Issue) directly from the mail. The task in BPM Worklist is MtlManagementEresInlineTask. Does anyone know how to setup this functionality?

As for now, we need to access the system and go to Notifications tab in order to approve the transaction.

Oracle Support team suggested the following action plan: "Log into OIC, then you need to navigate to your process application. Once you open your process application using Composer, you can open a particular process. And in the process, you can check the green human task properties." Nevertheless, we do not have this products licensed.

¿Has anyone been involved in a similar issue before?

Please, find attached related screenshots of the issue.

    Best regards,
    Eric

      HI,

In BPM worklist, edit the task "MtlManagementEresInlineTask" and under the Notifications tab Enable the parameter "Make notification actionable" as shown in the attachment. You have to Save and Commit the changes before retesting the Misc Transactions Approval again.

Please review the Oracle Support Note: Fusion INV: Approval Setup For performing Miscellaneous Transactions (Doc ID 2400957.1).

Since you are using ERES(E-signature) where user is required to input their user id password while Approving or Rejecting a Misc Transaction the Approve/Reject button are missing in the Email Notifications.
