    Title:
The formatting changes between the Word doclet and the Excel Reference Doclet
    Summary:
The formatting changes between the Word doclet and the Excel Reference Doclet
    Content:

The formatting changes between the Word doclet and the Excel Reference Doclet

e.g. positioning of the labels, data lines and some degradation of quality (resolution has dropped)

So image in the Word doclet looks different from the Excel Reference doclet, this is using a names range and Embedded object

This appears to be the label length that causes the non-resolution format issues as having one character works

That's correct. There will be a loss of resolution if using an image/chart as embedded content from Excel into Word/PPT. I believe Narrative Reporting supports up to a 300 DPI resolution for images today. I've been told that the recommendation is to put images (not charts) directly into the doclet vs. via embedded content if that is possible. Also, I was told that it's on the roadmap to increase the DPI supported.

Hum...300dpi is pretty poor these days, I think an enhancement request is required if it's not on the roadmap
