    Summary:
    Report shows the earnings by Comp Plan/Plan component irrespective of participants. Compensation manager and Comp plan Administrator would like to know how each comp plan is performing yearly.

    Who can use this report (Roles)? - Sales Manager/ Incentive Compensation Manager/ Sales VP/ Analyst

    Each compensation plan has Plan components, compensation plans behavior is crucial in earnings calculations. Participants are allocated to each compensation plans, based on the performance, compensation manager will set the targets and decides the allocation of participants to comp plans.

    A report shows the earnings by Comp Plan/Plan component irrespective of participants. Compensation manager and Comp plan Administrator would like to know how each comp plan is performing yearly. It will also give a detailed info on how the plan components performing yearly. Decision making based on the size of the participants to each comp plan or allocation of targets if needed.

    A vertical bar visual gives you a info on, on a year by compensation plan how each plan component is behaving, showing plan component target Vs earning.

    A detailed report below showing complete information of all the compensation plans and their associated plan components targets vs earnings.

    Note:

    All the below dashboards, reports are made based on the Oracle standard diction on formatting and layouts

    Users are allowed to download the .catlog file and make their own customizations.

    How to deploy:

    1. Un-archive “Earnings Summary by Plan & Plan Components. Catalog” file using any of the user accounts which has the Un-archive privilege
    2. Ensure that you un-archive it under /shared/custom folder to retain the references that the dashboard has to those individual files (else you may correct those again in the dashboard)

    Implementation notes:

    1. The data fetched is for the selected Year, Period and the Compensation Plan.
    2. On the visuals, you are allowed to see only one year values at a time. A detailed report which is displaying next to visuals will give information for all the Years and Period based on the report prompts selection.
