    Audit log on Custom Fields values
    Provide an audit log for Custom Fields value changes


    In the standard workspace I've added a new Tab and inserted some Custom Fields from Incidents table. These fields are Menu Type and can be updated by the end user.

    We need to have an audit log on who changed what and when. There is an audit log on default fields, but that does not include Custom Fields.

    Is there a way to do this?

      Hi Robert.

      You would need to create a custom object and a CPM for this.
      The CPM would write the change with timestamp etc in the custom object which would then be your log and which you could have in a report in your workspace.

      you can also create a menu type system attribute, bind it with standard assigned field, create a workspace rule which should trigger when your custom field change then set the system attribute as Loggen in user.
