    Automatically update custom field of next activity in the route once current activity status set to be completed

    Hi Experts, We have a requirement to update custom field status of the next activity in the tech route to 'dispatched' once the current activity set to be completed. We have tried to use 'activity is completed' launch condition message scenario and inner steps but don't see an option to identify the next activity in the resource route. Could you please help us with your comments to achieve the customer requirement. Any help would be appreciated. Best Regards, Kaviarasu

      Hi Kavi, You can either use the combinations of subscriptions and custom middleware code to achieve this or you can build a plugin and place it in the complete screen where the tech updates the value of his next job to a status required by you. In plugin, you can retrieve list of jobs assigned to the tech.
