    I am sure this is easy to do but I'm having one of those days and it's not coming to me.

    I want to be able to report on agents that have not had any activity (transactions) in the last 48 hours.  I could do this easy but I can't find a simple way to pull the date/time of the last transaction/activity of a particular agent.  Only want 1 value per Agent

    Any ideas....

      The Connect APIs don't have direct access to the transaction logs, you would want to create a RightNow Analytics report and call the report from the APIs.
