    Unable to load the OPA hub from the OPM tool

    Hi,

    I am using the latest version of the OPM Tool(Version 12.2.8 - August 2017). I have created a new connection in OPA hub. I am trying to do the mapping settings from the OPM tool. But I am facing an issue while trying to connect the OPA hub from OPM tool. I have entered the hub URL and click on 'GO' button, then it shows a blank white screen only. I have attached the screenshot here. Please help.

      Hi Bitto,

      I can't help you an awful lot but I'm on November 2016 and my login screen looks different (attached).   It is perhaps worth raising an Incident/Service Request.

      Hi Bitto,

      Have you checked your system requirements? Is it possible you do not have Internet Explorer 11 installed?

      I have degraded the Internet Explorer from IE 11 to IE 8. It is loading the OPA hub from the OPM tool now. But it is not able to login to OPA hub. It showing an error like "An error has occurred in  the script on this page". I have attached the screenshot here.

      IE 11 is required. I suggest you raise a support request. It could be something to do with your proxy settings, or something else.

      I have upgraded my Internet Explorer back to IE 11. Now the connection problem get resolved.
