Fusion Contract - Notification to Supplier after Contract Signed
    Content:

    Hi

We are looking for valuable help in the below issue:

When contract has been signed, an email with contract signed information needs to be sent to Supplier and Contract maintenance team (BU owner).

Can we implement this functionality in Fusion Contract Module?

      Hi Binayak,

Have you consider implementing docuSign for procurement contracts?

      Thanks,

      Ivan

No. As of now, we are not using electronic signature functionality for procurement contract. But do you beleive, Docusign will help us to meet my requirement?

Sorry for delay. Answer from the contracts team:

Yes, you should be able to set up these users as ‘CC users’ with serial routing sequence if they would like to receive a copy of the signed contract.

For instance, let’s say there are 4 users – user A as internal signer, user B as external signer. Once user A and B sign, user C and D should receive the signed copy.

In DocuSign, you can set up the recipients as:

          User A – Signer role – Routing sequence 1

          User B – Signer role – Routing sequence 2

User C – CC user role – Routing sequence 3

User D – CC user role – Routing sequence 3
