    Title:
    OSC availability during full clone.
    Summary:
When performing a full clone from production to test will test still be accessible?
    Content:

Hi We'd like to refresh our test site, my question is, when performing a full clone from production to test will test still be accessible while the changes are being carried over from production?

    Thanks

First, I'm presuming that when you refer to "OSC", you are referring to Oracle Service Cloud.  If not, this response is likely not accurate.  When performing a refresh of a Service Cloud test site from production, one of the first operations is to destroy the original test site.  Then we create another test site with the same name.  During the destroy and cloning operations, the test site will be offline.  Depending on the size of the production site, the time to create the new test site may vary.  Hope this helps.

That is correct I was referring to Oracle Service Cloud. This answers my questions.

      Thanks
