    Title:
    System Usage By Resource Hierarchy
    Summary:
How to report on system usage by Resource Hierarchy in "Sales – CRM Resource System Usage" subject area.
    Content:

The technical white paper attached to this posting shows how to report on system usage by resource hierarchy in the “Sales – CRM Resource System Usage” subject area. This technical white paper is needed because the subject area does not include the Resource Hierarchy dimension, which is typically used for resource hierarchy reporting. By following the guidelines in the white paper you can report on usage and user adoption metrics such as number of logins, session duration, and number of active days by resource hierarchy.

      Hi Greg,

I was unable to get any data showing when I followed these steps using this Subject Area.

It seems I only get values for inactive days and no values for anything else...am I missing something?

      Thanks,

      Hamish

        Hi Hamish,

        What version are you in?

If you are already in 19C, you need to schedule ESS Job "Refresh Audit Table of all fusion Objects for BI".

For further details, please refer R13-19C: After Update User System Usage Facts Not Working (Doc ID 2580430.1)

        Hope it helps.
        Thank you,
        Priscila
