There is a known OTM Cloud issue that causes the BI Publisher reports to fail. Only a BIP restart will fix the issue
Anyone facing this issue or has information on when this would be fixed.

We did pilot in TI and we didn't encounter this issue. TI authentication happens using OTM roles. Is this happening for every user?
