    We’re pleased to announce our first ever RightNow Professional Developer Conference! 

    If you’re a professional software developer or designer working with the latest industry tools provided by RightNow Technologies to build out contact center solutions, this conference is for YOU…


    The RightNow Professional Developer Conference (PDC) is the first event RightNow is hosting focused solely on the needs of technical professionals building solutions around the RightNow product.  RightNow PDC 2009 is focused on providing technical professionals guidance and in-depth training on RightNow’s development products and resources. The event also enables attendees access to, and ask questions of, the RightNow developers who work to design and build RightNow products. 

     

    The PDC will highlight future integration offerings and technical strategies RightNow plans to bring to market in 2009.  If you are a developer looking to address your contact center challenges through the development of innovative Web self-service applications, media channel integration (phone, voice, email, web forms, etc...) or, expand on the core functionality available in the RightNow agent desktop you will find the PDC valuable. 


    If you’re not skilled with the current software development tools and standards (.NET, Java, C#, Dreamweaver, PHP, etc..) which enable you to develop rich Web or Windows Smart client desktop applications you may find this conference too technical.

      This looks very interesting. Will the CP class be more in depth than the extra workshop that was offered at the summit?

      Yes, the customer portal breakouts will be more in depth than the extra workshop that was given at the Users Conference.  The breakout sessions will cover custom controllers/models, Hooks,  JavaScript and Events among other things.  The conference will only be for developers and technical in nature.
