Hello all! We are working with the new application screens for the dispatcher role.
Has anyone found how users can edit route activation/deactivation times - activity start/end times etc? I am wondering if we have something misconfigured or if this is not possible when working with application screens.

In the documentation i can see that we can still set the route activation time.

You can set it upon activation or deactivation on the GUI but once done, it can not be edited via the screen for dispatch. This may be available via api but I would dought it. I can see the use if someone messes up by setting its start time in the future.... hummm don't have a clue on how you can get away with it....

Hello Martin and thank you for your answer.
I am also referring to the initial activation/deactivation time. Once we started using the application screens in the place of Legacy Manage, Dispatchers can no longer set them. I am only seeing the same activate route page which can be seen from technicians (no time property) and submit sets it to current timestamp.
