Letter of credit and bank guarantee tracking and alert mechanism
    Summary:
Letter of credit and bank guarantee tracking and alert mechanism
    Content:
Letter of credit and bank guarantee tracking and alert mechanism .

We are a group of company across various industry segments currently configuring Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM.

In our business we make multiple payment using letter of credit and using bank guarantee for receivable purpose. and we would like track the progress or history of both of these document. like when it got open how much has already been used , what is the expiry date. also would like to have an alert mechanism if these document are going to get expire in next 10 days. is it possible to manage these all activity , history and alert mechanism in Oracle ERP Cloud.

Do we have such existing functionality in R13(19B) version or is it configurable.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks in advance for any pointers

You have the flagged for AP and AR.  For AP this is not supported.  You can generate a positive pay file to pay suppliers and send it to the bank which is your instruction to pay the suppliers but our system does not generate a bank guarantee as a form of payment.  Only standard forms of payment.
