    Rollback only specified status activities

    Hi Gurus,

    When a Technician is cancelled or not done will the activity automatically get rolled back to his manager bucket for these two status alone?

    If there is a way we can do by custom, how can we do it.

      Hi Madhu,

      No. When the technician closing a started activity with Complete or with Not Done, the same thing happen, the activity closed and stay on his/her timeline.
      Different thing is the
      - Cancellation which is mostly coming from the activity's source system as a request to delete the activity while it's not valid anymore,
      - Suspend, when the activity suspended and a clone activity appear his/her Not Ordered pool for the day.
      With not started activities Deletion, Rescheduling and Moving also possible if they has right to do it.

      IMO no other action OOTB with activities. You can create custom action, but it's need development (for example, technician press a button, which trigger a flow, which close the activity with Not Done, and create a clone in they home Bucket).
