    How to able OPA Workspace control

    Hi everyone, 

    I am trying to use OPA Cloud with RN desktop but I can't see Policy Automation control in my workspaces. How I can show OPA workspace control in the workspaces?

    Hi Jasmine and H. Franklin.
    I wrote a SR and Peggy reconnected the internal connection between OPA site and Rightnow site. After that, Policy automation control appeared in workspaces.

      Hi Seguros,

      Do you have an OPA Cloud hub associated with your RightNow instance? OPA Cloud is a separate subscription, it's not automatically included with RightNow subscriptions.

      I'm not sure if you are an Oracle employee or not? If you're Oracle, try contacting the team who provisioned your RightNow demo instance and ask if it's possible to add an OPA hub. If you're not Oracle, contact the sales rep from whom you bought RightNow, and the sales rep should be able to talk with you about buying OPA Cloud.

      Team here need one help- we have an demo instance of Service cloud and we are interested to enable OPA hub with it.

      Issue: we are able to see OPA_client group and were able to create OPA_user.However was not able to see any other OPA specific control especially hub.

      Question is- 1.Whether it is possible to enable OPA hub in an existing Service Cloud interface or not?Do we need to buy OPA cloud service separately? 

                           2.Do we need to buy a new service cloud instance along with OPA?

      Hi Anju,

      Are you an Oracle employee? An external customer? Other?

      Customers need to buy OPA Cloud in order to get an OPA Cloud hub. Internal Oracle employees (e.g. presales teams) can request an OPA hub via standard internal processes for demo environments. If you're internal Oracle, then I assume your Service Cloud instance was requested via the standard process, and you can log an SR to request an OPA Hub to be associated with your Service Cloud instance.
