PO and PO changes import- FBDI vs Purchasing Web Services
    Content:

    Hi,

We need to import Purchase Order and Purchase Order changes from JDE to Oracle Cloud. Customer is making a lot of changes in the Purchase Order and I want to know what could be the best option: a) FBDI, b) Purchasing Web Services (I read the Oracle Fusion Purchasing Web Services Examples (Doc ID 2466289.1))

Second, Can we process PO Changes using FBDI?

PO FBDI can load PO changes, but I think the update action is only available at header level, line only gives add option. Also PO import through FBDI is known for approval issue (PO getting rejected) in case you do not have proper supervisor hierarchy setup. PO Webservice is better option there.

So, If we need to update a PO line (for example line Qty, or Price, etc) FBDI does not have that functionality?

      Thanks

      Hi Diego,

As of now it is not supported to update the existing PO lines via FBDI.

      Regards,
