    My vpn turnel went down at midnight and still not up till now, nothing change on CPE and OCI configuration

    My vpn went down for more down 24hrs now, traceroute from CPE is not going through, what can anyone suggest to do to resolve this.

      IPSec connections are initiated from OnPremise end and not from Oracle. If it is down, you can ask your onpremise network guy to initiate the connection and see what happens then.
