Hi Dev, what is the error message you get, if any ? I once saw that on a process that was in status "Canceling" for hours and we had to open a SR so that Oracle Cloud Ops stop it from back-end.
      Thanks

Hi Dev, please read the following, specifically the section on "Force Cancel" which may provide what you are looking for.  Thanks, Wendy

If the job remains in Canceling for more than 30 minutes another button: Force Cancel will appear in the interface which allows the user who submitted the job to force cancel the process. The status of the process should move from Canceling to Canceled.

If you have tried to cancel the jobs and are those jobs in "CANCELLING" status? If yes then raise SR with support to review further.
