    Hi All,

In Demand Planning, Do we have capability to Purge/Delete the Data of Table: Audit Trail of Measure Updates?

We have lot of updates on our Demand Management tables on various measures and this creates lot of records and historical data in table : Audit Trail of Measure Updates.

Can we delete this Audit trial data by any chance. Is there any Scheduled process to purge this table?

    Please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Ramesh

      Hi Ramesh -

I do not think purge functionality is available.  However I am checking with the team that developed the feature.  They will provide a definitive response later today or tomorrow.

      Hi Ramesh,

We don't have the purge capability yet. We will add this enhancement in a future release:
The audit data on measures will be limited to 2 years from current date backward by a new profile option called Audit Trail History Length. This means changes made more than 2 years ago will be purged from the audit log. This duration for which audit data is maintained can be changed based on the customer preferences later on.

      Thanks, Michal
