We recently deployed a Chat Survey and I am trying to look at chats to validate when each was sent a survey. I figured out how to link when the results come back, but want to be able to identify who got one. There is no incident involved in most of these chats, or else this would be a little easier.

I'm unable to test this myself as I don't have access to a chat enabled site but I think this will give you the chat id & contact id and when the mailing was created.
