    Title:
SmartView - not rendering clearly in Microsoft 365
    Content:

Hi, Is it a known fact that the rendering in SmartView- Performance Reporting is not clear. Please see images attached (word doc).

It is to do with office 365. Have others experienced the same issue?

    Many thanks,

    Rich

      HI Richard -

There was an issue on hi resolution and/or Surface pro devices when showing this (as well as several other) dialogs in Smart View. This was corrected in the recent release of Smart View (11.1.2.5.800).  Can you confirm if you are using this version and still seeing an issue?  If not, the recommendation would be to update your Smart View client to the .800 release as well as update your EPRCS extension to the most recent from  your test instance.

Please refer to the readiness document (http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/eprcs/2018-eprcs-wn.htm#F3826) for the June update regarding additional Smart View features as part of the .800 release.

            HI Rich

The plan is to fix this in our upcoming 18.08 release, so  you an grab the updated EPRCS extension after the test instance update per the normal cadence.  Any questions, please let me know.
