    Service Request - Part Details
    The item list in the "Add Part" page is empty

    Hi All,

    I am trying to add part number to the service request but the list is empty. i did the required setup of :

    Service Activity

    Billing Type

    Item Attributes

    Any clue ?

      Hi Shlomo, the Parts subtab on the SR leverages the Service Logistics module, which is a relatively new module in the Fusion Apps family in the last year.

      Sometimes a user may need to order parts in order to resolve a service request or work order. If you're using Oracle Service Logistics Cloud, you can use the Parts Details tab to order parts that are required.   When you save the order, a transfer order is then created in Service Logistics to fulfill the order.

      There is a full setup for Service Logistics that you should review (see link below).  Note that use of Service Logistics does have a requirement on having a license to some other modules such as Fusion Order Management and Inventory.

      Yes i did the service logistic setup but for some reason i can't see the items
