    Dear Admin,

    Whenever I switch my job to a new firm, I can use my existing Oracle support account(only I do keep changing the email/username), wherein it's not the case with Customer connect portal. Here I have to register again and which makes me a new/fresh user. Due to this process, I have lost lot of points I earned during my support from my previous firms.

    It would be a great help if you can apply some fix to it so that people like me won't have to loose their previous points. :)
