      HI Lester,

You can refer to some standard reports  \Public Reports\Service\Site Reports\Customer Portal and check reports (188,192)

You can also find this on the support site (cx.rightnow.com) by going to My Site Tools>License Compliance Dashboard. It will be under the heading labeled Tier 1 Univ Sessions.

You can't get any sort of real number.

You can go to your license compliance dashboard and get a rough idea:

      https://hms.custhelp.com/csi/enduser_compliance.php

This is the only number that matters with regards to your licensing. But that's just a raw number: "10,000 for the month of june" type of thing.

If you want to know what the actual sessions were/are, you have to open a ticket with oracle within 30 days (or so?) I don't remember the exact time frame but it's short. The logs are not very robust.
