-What communication method do you have set for supplier site?
-for Worklist - Notification Mode- do you have ALL or EMAIL?
-Please also check profiles mentioned on Purchase Order Communication: How to To Enable/Disable Purchase Order Communication With The Supplier And/Or Override The Default Supplier E-mail? (Doc ID 2237654.1)
-If you open the PO from UI and you try via: Actions - Communicate, is this sent?

Andrei

PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION is enabled but end dated and when I try to remove it. The save butting was greyed out and note displaying as This data is protected against edits. All changes will be lost
how to edit the profile ?

Thanks for sharing screenshot.
Please review: PRC:PO: Why Is The Profile Option - Control Supplier Communication End Dated (Doc ID 2186181.1)
So do disregard the end date.
You also did not reply to : -If you open the PO from UI and you try via: Actions - Communicate, is this sent?
Check setup again, and if you are unable to figure it out, document the setup and open an SR.
Cheers,
Andrei

Hey, I do not believe this is affected by the end date.In regards to your end date question, as I told you earlier please review:
PRC:PO: Why Is The Profile Option - Control Supplier Communication End Dated (Doc ID 2186181.1)
Also review Yeshika's update:
If you cannot figure it out, document the setup and open an SR.
