    Hi experts We have a requirement in which we need to initiate external application's chat on chat_landing page of Oracle Service Cloud So, scenario will be like- chat is initiated in Rightnow, when agent wants to route the the chat to external system, he must have a button on workspace, that will terminate Rightnow chat and initiate external system chat at customer's end(chat_landing page). i. e. On click of button in agent console, chat APIs should be triggered at chat_landing page. Do we have any technically feasible solution to trigger external chat API, without any manual intervention of end user. Please help. Thanks, Dev

    Hi Experts,

    We have extended a standard 'okcs' widget to filter search in browse page. It is working absolutely fine in development mode, but we are facing error in stage and promoted mode. 

    Errors are as below: 

    Error logged in console- "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error).”

    "There's no widget instance id (w_id) specified for custom/test/testOkcsProductCategorySearchFilterNew!"

    Error Logged in network Preview- “Fatal error: Class 'RightNow\Widgets\ProductCategorySearchFilter' not found in /cgi-bin/testknowledge.cfg/scripts/cp/core/widgets/standard/okcs/OkcsProductCategorySearchFilter/1.2.2/optimized/optimizedWidget.phpon line 3”

    I saw such scenarios posted in community where code is working fine in ‘dev’ but it breaks in ‘stage’ and ‘promote’, however, there were no successful solution mentioned. Anyone resolved this issue?

    Hi Experts,

    We are migrating CP from 2.0 to 3.7.  In 2.0, when someone uploads any attachment in AAQ page, it displays file size also with the file name, please check the attached screenshot. however, we can't find the file size in upgraded version. 

    Can anyone please help me with it. How can we display file size with file name of the attached document.

    Hi Gurus,

    We are migrating CP from 2.0 to 3.7. We are facing an issue with standard widget "Standard/input/SmartAssistantDialog" which is called on "ask.php" page. When we click on close button, only mask of background is removed, dialogue box stays. Please check the screenshot attached. 

     

    What could be the possible reasons for this issue, please help.

    Hi Experts,

     

    Currently we are migrating our site from CP version 2 to CP version 3 and we have completed our changes in our development environment. Now while deploying the changes to staging environment we have below queries:

     

    • Do we need to deploy all the files from Development to staging environment or do we only need to deploy the files in which we have made changes.
    • While selecting the files for staging, there are lots of standard files that are present in development but are not present is staging. Do we need to deploy the standard files as well. For example is standard files we are getting options like  cp/customer/assets/themes/mobile/images/CoBrowseLink.png. Do we need to deploy all the files.
    • How the files should be deployed. Do we have to complete all the work in development area and then deploy the changes or we can complete one page and deploy them simultaneously. For example we have fixed the ask page but answers detail page is still pending. So should we deploy the ask page and keep working on detail page or do we need to deploy them together.
    • How does the stage and production environment come into the version 3. Do we need to do anything else apart from deploying the files?

    If yes, then what will be the syntax for it?

    We are trying to integrate Oracle Bot with Service Cloud. Below is the configuration area at the bot side.

    We want to understand if anything needs to be enabled to at Service cloud to make this handshake work. Below is the screenshot of the configuration. However, when we do “Agent Initiation” from the Bot, we are not getting any response.
