That certainly needs to be part of the solution. The challenge is getting the data into the back-end system. We'll have to store the last tech that went onsite in the back-end system and when the next activity is created we would look up the last activity and based on the business rules, determine if we need to fetch and add the last tech as required or preferred (assuming the last tech will be added).

Then, if customer calls for the same issue and if the issue is within the last X days, we add the last tech out as preferred; if it is over X days we just create the activity without a preferred tech.

    Hi Ajinkya,

Has your sys admin received and acted on the email from Oracle to set up your Cloud Portal account? They went out in early July I believe. There will be functionality added very soon that will allow the cloud portal users to schedule your own updates as well as manage your environment clones yourself (you can specify what environment from/to and whether you want config only, config and data, etc.). If your sys admin didn't get the email, or didn't act on it - have them open an SR and ask for it to be resent or sent to the correct person if it was wrong - support can tell you who it went to.

Hi Adam, You might want to post this idea in the idea lab for consideration as an enhancement in a future version. If you can post the idea # here, then Zsoft and Chris can go like it/thumb up so it gets more traction from product development. Make sure to put the business benefit/impact as it helps when they are evaluating the idea.

Look in the section titled "The Time View" in this link: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/19c/facmu/the-core-manage-interface.html#c_aboutTimeView

Activation Time: The orange triangles at the beginning of each shift represent the actual times that resources activated their routes.
