Thank you for your answers. The requirements changed a bit and I went along with Suresh's method of sending a recurring broadcast mailing. I created a custom contact field called 'status', then used this field for creating segments and the mailings get sent to these segments.

Narendra's suggestion sounds good and we tried it, but at the end we used javascript to complete this business requirement. It is possible that we did not follow through correctly because we have not used Hooks before. I definitely appreciate your help.

Thank you for your responses, but I was referring to reset that is done in the 'account assistance' page. The customer types his/her username in the input text field and clicks on the reset password button.
The objective is to validate the username and warn the customer that the username is incorrect because it does not exist in the Service Cloud.

When I made an attempt to extend the existing widget. It will not allow me to finish because I would get an error on attribute 'name'. It would say that the given names are wrong. When I did change the name to continue, there will be a widget error on the page saying that there was an error with attribute 'name' being incorrect. I went to correct the yml file, an error related to wrong version comes shown in the attached image. How can I get this widget to work?

Thank you for the follow up. I am not looking for reports. I want to configure an email system (whether it is through campaign, outreach, or incident management) that sends messages to customers depending on the following conditions:
- they receive an email because they did not read the email at all
- they receive an email because they have read the email but did not view the form the email came with at all,
- they receive an email because they have read the email but did not complete the form the email came with
- they receive an email because they submitted the form

Since a workflow is needed to assign different workspace, can there be workspace rule that change the behavior of the fields based on the report used to open that workspace?
For example, if task is opened on report1, name field hidden. If the task is opened from report2, name field is read only.
