    Is there any possibility for users created in one interface are restricted fro other interface? While user creation i donot find any option as such. Can p!someone help!

    Hi, 

    Has any one implemented outbound integration from OFSC to Service Cloud. We are done with all the configuration settings in OFSC as per the integration guide from oracle. However, we were unable to send updates to Service Cloud.

    I would like to know on what all events, outbound message gets triggered from OFSC? We need to send an update to Service Cloud whenever any update happens in OFSC for a given activity?

    Hi All,

    We have a business requirement in which we need to update Start & End time of an Internal Activity in OFSC.

    We are aware that one can achieve this through Time-Slot but what a Time-Slot provides is a range, not an exact value.

    Please suggest if anyone has an idea to update mentioned field with a specific value.

    As per the requirement, we need to add new values in Task Status field. But there is no option of Task Status field in Customizable menus. How can i add them?

    HI All,

    We have an address custom object created and linked with Organization. The same address should be displayed in Incident also. Under Incident, address custom attributes were created and the relation ship report is added in the incident workspace. So here we are facing a problem. we should show the "Open" link in the address report under the incident. but we donot want any other record data to be shown. so in report under records we removed all the options except Address "open". we are able to see that link while running the report but not able to see that link in the incident workspace under address tab until open option is provided for Organization. In workspace on clicking Open it is opening an organization workspace instead of address.We tried with different joins still the same issue.


    Can any one help!

    Hi,

    I created a custom action link called 'Add Internal Activity'. I can see this new action link from dispatch screen as well. But when i click on this Add Internal Activity, it is taking me to Add Activity Screen.  

    I want to display another screen on click of Add Internal Activity. How can i do it? Where should i configure the new screen and link it to Add Internal Activity Action?

    Please Suggest.

    In one of the implementation we need to migrate answers from one OSC instance to another..?

    Do Oracle provide any such facility to do it internally at the instance level. 

    Has anybody done such migration where oracle themselves ported the data from one instance to another..?
