    Is it possible to view unassigned activities in Time view? Now,we can see the unassigned tasks in list view but not in time view. Please suggest.

    Hi,

    Currently, when we login to OFSC we can see the dispatch screen in time view mode. Is it possible to change such that when user logs in , dispatch screen in list view mode will be visible.

    Hi ,

    All of sudden while creating the activites in OFSC, we observed an error "Reporting Stopped Error' in resource tree.  Can someone suggest why this happens and how to resolve this?

    Hi ,

    We are able to send notifications via email to technicians when an activity is assigned. However, in the message pattern, we are not able to send some custom field data.  In mail content, instead of values, we are receiving the field names as below: Please suggest.

    Hi,

    Currently, We can see the resource calendar only for a week in Dispatch Screen (Dispatch --> Daily). Is there any way to view resource calendar for a month or more?

    In OFSC, In dispatch screen we can currently view the available activities on a particular selected date. Is there any option to view activities for a specific period? I mean i want to list out activities for past 2 days or activities which are not assigned to any technician from last week.
