    Is_activity_scheduled in block conditions

    Hi,

    We have a requirement to change the activity status when an activity is scheduled. For this, we created a custom status field and implemented set property on activity status. However, this is not working as expected. Below are the observations:

    1. When an activity is scheduled, messages shows that delivered(inserted). However, we see the activity as still old status.

    Can somebody explains how exactly is_activity_scheduled block condition works?

    In the same way, is there a way to identify when an activity changes to unscheduled from scheduled?

    Hi,

    We have a requirement to send few activity updates to an external system. Can anyone guide me how to invoke a WSDL from OFSC?

    Can we use message notifications for this purpose? If so, so we mention the WSDL path in URL while configuring a new delivery channel?

    As per the requirement, we need to add new values in Task Status field. But there is no option of Task Status field in Customizable menus. How can i add them?

    Hi ALL,

    I'm trying to update a TASK object record using REST API. For updating the record I got around this by using a POST request and then adding the following header: X-HTTP-Method-Override: PATCH.

    After this above process able to update the record and getting response code as 200 but response payload is getting blank.

    Hi ,

     

    I have a requirement to to add a new record of entity instance in OPA interview based on certain conditions and this should be done on a custom button click.

    In am trying to use the use function "getRows()","getDefaultBlankInstances()" and "addNewRow()".

    Could anyone help me how to use these functions(syntax to use these functions).?

    Hi,

    As a part of integrating OFSC with Mobile, We have a requirement to retrieve and display all the activities associated with a resource for a given day or given period of time.

    While searching for rest APIs, i found activity search APIs but that doesn't support search by resource id.

    Would you please suggest any other possibilities to achieve this.

    Hi,

    I created a custom action link called 'Add Internal Activity'. I can see this new action link from dispatch screen as well. But when i click on this Add Internal Activity, it is taking me to Add Activity Screen.  

    I want to display another screen on click of Add Internal Activity. How can i do it? Where should i configure the new screen and link it to Add Internal Activity Action?

    Please Suggest.

    Hi,

    We have a requirement where we have multiple Tasks associated to an SR. When all the tasks under the SR is closed, then the SR status should also be changed to closed. Can someone help!!!!!
