    Is there any possibility for users created in one interface are restricted fro other interface? While user creation i donot find any option as such. Can p!someone help!

    Hi,

    We tried Exporting the screen configuration for Mobility from one user type to the newly created user type and saved that. When we import the XML file for the newly created user type it shows that the file is imported successfully but  the screen is still blank. Is there a different way of exporting XML file from existing user type and importing it.

    Hi,

    We have a requirement to display work order number, activity type, address (Zip code) of the activities assigned to a technician when he logins to his mobile device. We are currently using ofsc mobility module and as of now i can only see activity type of the pending activities when logged in as technician.

    I would now need to add work order number and address as well to the same .please suggest,

    Hi,

    In Daily View we can filter on the basis of Routes which is  currently defined as the ratio of Pending activities to that of the total activities. So my question is can we change that to Occupied hours on an resource to that of its total working hours.

    Hi ,

    We have a requirement as below. Can somebody please suggest a way to implement :

    Whenever a job is assigned in OFSC, we sent out notifications to engineer. Now, along with sending out the notifications, we have to provide an option with in the email either to accept the job or to reject it.

    Is there a way to do this in OFSC?

    In one of the implementation we need to migrate answers from one OSC instance to another..?

    Do Oracle provide any such facility to do it internally at the instance level. 

    Has anybody done such migration where oracle themselves ported the data from one instance to another..?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to add an image to a tab. My requirement is whenever we add any attachments to the attachments tab, in the tab name once the attachments were added it will show a small icon ( pin type icon) along with the number of attachments count. Is it possible to do the same with a New tab ?

    We have a requirement to remove system status(OOB) field from activity hint. I searched in user types-->Screen configurations-->Activity hint but could not find any thing related to system status.

    HI All,

    We have an address custom object created and linked with Organization. The same address should be displayed in Incident also. Under Incident, address custom attributes were created and the relation ship report is added in the incident workspace. So here we are facing a problem. we should show the "Open" link in the address report under the incident. but we donot want any other record data to be shown. so in report under records we removed all the options except Address "open". we are able to see that link while running the report but not able to see that link in the incident workspace under address tab until open option is provided for Organization. In workspace on clicking Open it is opening an organization workspace instead of address.We tried with different joins still the same issue.


    Can any one help!
