    Hi,

    Is it possible to add an image to a tab. My requirement is whenever we add any attachments to the attachments tab, in the tab name once the attachments were added it will show a small icon ( pin type icon) along with the number of attachments count. Is it possible to do the same with a New tab ?

    Hi ,

     

    I have a requirement to to add a new record of entity instance in OPA interview based on certain conditions and this should be done on a custom button click.

    In am trying to use the use function "getRows()","getDefaultBlankInstances()" and "addNewRow()".

    Could anyone help me how to use these functions(syntax to use these functions).?

    Hi,

    Currently, when we login to OFSC we can see the dispatch screen in time view mode. Is it possible to change such that when user logs in , dispatch screen in list view mode will be visible.

    Hi,

    We have a requirement where we have multiple Tasks associated to an SR. When all the tasks under the SR is closed, then the SR status should also be changed to closed. Can someone help!!!!!

    Hi,

    We created a custom status field with list of statuses. We added this in business rules in searchable activity fields. However, when we use this filter to search without time restriction, even though we have data for particular status.  We are able to use search with a custom text property but not with enum.

    Is there any procedure to follow to search custom enum properties?

    Hi,

    We integrated OFSC with external mobile application. We are using Multi day tasks in OFSC and especially facing problems in handling the status updates from Mobile to OFSC.  Our client wants to use Mobile in offline mode and when updates reaches OFSC later than the expected date then we are facing issues while updating OFSC.

    1. Suppose, start date is today, but engineer is in offline mode. Engineer came online tomorrow and then mobile triggered start activity API for that activity, OFSC says, action not allowed on past date. 

    2. Same case while receiving the activity complete scenario.

    Please suggest.

    Hi,

    We have a requirement to display work order number, activity type, address (Zip code) of the activities assigned to a technician when he logins to his mobile device. We are currently using ofsc mobility module and as of now i can only see activity type of the pending activities when logged in as technician.

    I would now need to add work order number and address as well to the same .please suggest,
