    Hi Gurus,

    Is there any standard field (OOB) available in RN which is stored the page name where the incident is created?

    We have one issue. Whenever an incident is created via CP, we set the value in custom field. We have created 9 different pages based on the incident type. Based on the custom field value, we route the incident to the appropriate queue. Sometimes the custom field value is not set by CP. We have to identify which page causing the issue. Thats why we are expecting the source page name.

    Hi All,

    Is there any way to change the read only standard field to a read and write field?

    For eg: In incidents, the reference number is a read only field .I want to change this field as an read/write field.

    Hi,

    I have tried to update the status of the activities from postman. When I run the below one, customer name is modified, but status is not modified.

    1. Can we change status through API?

    2. Can we change the status of the activity when it is in Bucket?

    Hi Gurus,

    We have used roundrobin method for assigning the incident. Its working fine. We want to change the status of the incident once it is assigned to any agent. 

    We have created Rules like created date < updated date. It it is met the condition we modified the status. But its not working for all scenario. 

    Please provide your thoughts.

    Hi,

    Requirement: I want to subtract two value from various response and show in the final response.

    Problem: One value coming as string, so I tried to convert as Decimal point. Since I could not use Number (Conversion) function in Subtract, I have used assigned operation and convert as Decimal point. But I got the below error. I noticed, assigned function output also String.

    Hi Gurus,

    When the agent response the customer's incidents via email, its automatically populated with auto response links. Is it possible to suppress the Auto-Response By (Administrator)  links on the email which customer receive.

    Hi Gurus,

    Our customer change their mail box password periodically, but they forget to change in Service Cloud mailbox section. We can see the mail box errors in the Notifications report.  Can we send a email notification to the admin, when ever we received the 'Application Error' as Notification Type in Notifications?
