    Hello,

    I want to create properties in field service environment with a calendar type field. Is this particular functionality feasible?

    For example I am creating a property for date, can the the type be set to calendar, where when the field is displayed on mobility, the technician enters the date value by selecting the date from a calendar.

    Hello everyone,

    Can anyone tell me if we can capture future available dates in OFSC for handling activity assignments?  (i.e.) for example I have activities assigned to technicians for the next 15 days based on customer requests. Now I would like to get a list of available dates which I can share to a new customer as an available slot? Can I get it in a calendar format?

    Hi All,

    When the activity is assigned to the technician, is there a way to have a notification sound. Currently, I don't find any and every time the technician has to refresh the application to see the new activity.

    Hello,

    I am using OFSC message scenarios. On the message scenario window, when i click the Channels button, there is no option to add delivery channels. Could anyone kindly advise on the same?

    Hi All,

    While doing the Sequential routing, I created the routing plan say X.I assigned this routing plan to the bucket. Next created another routing plan y. This was also assigned to the bucket.When trying to put the routing plan Y in the sequential routing plan, I was not able to select the predecessor as X.

    The same I have tried in one of the demo instances where I found there was a routing option available in the configuration. In this release it's not available and how to proceed with the sequential routing for the above scenario.

    Kindly help me on this.
