In August (16.8) release includes Simplified SAML Configuration to enable SSO
Release document mention below
"Oracle Field Service Cloud includes simplified configuration of SAML authentication for single sign-on. The authentication functionality is the same, but configuration options have been expanded to allow uploading a configuration file, specifying a URL, and authenticating with Oracle IDCS in addition to manual entry of SAML parameters."
Please check with Oracle support by creating Service Request.

Thanks for the Answer Rohan. I am taking the correct address from Google maps itself. Common searches like popular restaurants give the restaurants give the restaurant address. So just copying those addresses and using them. I have also checked the country code and state code in business rules.
Passing coordinates is not a feasible solution in my case.

We have one opportunity in Banking and Financial Services vertical. They want product is 'Attached files are CKC(Corporate key Controls) and PCIDSS(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)' compliant. As Oracle Service Cloud is PCIDSS compliant just wanted to check on CKC compliance.

You can create 'Add-in' using DOT NET framework. Also use web service integration approach for two way synchronization. Please refer following link:

You can add Tab ( workspace configuration) in which you would like to open quote or sales order. By using SSO, Customer Service Representative will be able to open order. Hope this answers your query.
Using Add-in framework you can integrate RightNow with CTI for multichannel contact center business requirement.
