    We did all our testing with upload option. We're nervous if someone were to use the submit because part of the account string is defaulted with 999 and has to be changed prior to being submitted. This part of the string is not something that is entered from the mobile app. If an expense report is submitted from the mobile app it will be rejected because of the "999" causing a delay and frustrations from out campus community.
